Service Engineer
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain printers, computers, and related IT equipment while providing technical support to customers.
The role
Responsible for printer repairing, computer installation, hardware and software troubleshooting, networking setup, equipment maintenance, and providing technical support at customer locations.
What we are looking for
• Qualification: ITI, Diploma, BCA, B.Tech, or relevant technical qualification.
• Knowledge of printer repairing, computer hardware, and software installation.
• Basic networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations; two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Freshers with relevant technical skills and experienced candidates can apply.
• Male candidates welcome.
